FILTRATION SERVICES DIVISIONRegular MaintenanceWe will set up a plan to monitor the purified oil to establish regular maintenance guidelines with your engineers. We will work directly with the lab, maintenance engineers and original equipment manufactures to determine optimal specifications. Once these needs are established, the oil is cleaned at regular intervals. As machinery becomes more advanced the requirement for the lubricant also increases. Synthetic lubricants are the preferred choice of many original equipment manufactures and the cost to purchase replacement fluids reflects the performance of the lubricant. Whether your equipment requires advanced synthetic or traditional petroleum fluids the oil will be purified to the specifications of new oil or there is no charge. Scheduled Shutdowns and Overhauls During major maintenance operations, we can transfer the oil from reservoirs into holding tanks to give your overhaul groups access to internal mechanisms. While maintenance is performed on machinery; we can purify the oil, clean reservoirs / tanks, clean and flush the return lines, and stay on site and side-stream during startup. Side streaming insures when equipment is restarted the oil clean and dry. Emergencies Various equipment failures are often caused by problems that affect the quality of the oil in the lube system. Many unforeseen mechanical situations arise causing production shutdown without a moments notice. We are immediately available for emergencies and can work with your operations engineer to keep the system on line. In all cases our advance technology restores oil to its original state by removing accumulated contaminants, i.e. dirt, water, gases, solvents, algae and other performance limiting contaminants.
